TEEN TRAINING FOR PERFORMANCE
This second level of performance training focuses on the practice and
perfecting of movement skills and their associated sport applications. As
youth begin to mature, they develop the physiological ability to enhance
their muscle mass as well as continuing to increase their strength, endurance
and power, depending on individual needs and objectives.
