Golf-specific flexibility, balance, weight transfer, power production and coordination are all addressed in this exciting, hands-on clinic. Videotaping each participant allows the clinician to perform a biomechanical analysis of stroke mechanics and body movement. This information is then utilized to help minimize injury potential to the shoulders and lower back.
